Why Report as a Service instead of SaaS?

Is the entire process self-service?
Yes, 100%. Enter your URL, and our Performance Intelligence Engine fetches your site content, classifies page types, evaluates detailed UX checkpoints across your site, and generates a prioritized report with actionable recommendations. No calls, no waiting for a consultant. Your report is typically ready within 5 minutes.
Do you offer social media analytics?
Social media analytics is not part of Weblytics.AI. However, we recommend Social Status (socialstatus.io) for social media performance analytics. We are exploring a referral partnership between our two companies to help businesses get a complete picture of their digital performance.
What languages does Weblytics support?
The platform interface and reports are available in 6 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Portuguese. You can switch languages at any time using the language selector in the navigation bar.
What types of websites do you analyze?
We analyze any website: SaaS, e-commerce, service businesses, lead-generation sites, and more. Our Performance Intelligence Engine discovers all accessible pages and intelligently selects up to 20 based on conversion relevance.
How accurate is the Performance Intelligence Engine?
Our engine analyzes your actual website content against conversion best practices used by top e-commerce and SaaS companies. Each recommendation includes a confidence score (typically 70-95%) and is based on established UX research and CRO methodologies. A second-pass AI review validates all findings for accuracy.
What scores does a report include?
Every report includes 5 key scores: Conversion Readiness, Site Health, Performance, Accessibility, and SEO. Each score is based on a blend of AI content analysis and real Google PageSpeed Insights data, giving you both qualitative and quantitative insights.
What does Google Analytics integration add to my report?
When you connect your Google Analytics 4 account, your reports automatically include traffic data, channel performance, device breakdown, and conversion metrics alongside the standard audit analysis. This produces traffic-weighted AI recommendations and data-driven conversion insights — at no extra cost.
Can I compare two reports side by side?
Yes. The Competitive Comparison feature lets you compare any two audit reports — whether it's your site against a competitor or your own site before and after making changes. It highlights score differences, strengths, and areas where each site excels.
Can I get recurring reports without a subscription?
Yes. Our volume packs (3, 6, 12, or 25 reports) are perfect for quarterly monitoring. Schedule them whenever you want, no auto-renewal. You control the cadence.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely via Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Prices are displayed in USD.
Do credits expire?
No. Once you purchase report credits, they remain in your account indefinitely and never expire. Use them whenever you need a report.
Can I get a refund?
If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our end, we automatically refund the credit to your account. For billing inquiries, please contact us through our Contact page.
What if my website blocks automated scanning?
Some websites use firewalls, CAPTCHAs, or rate limiting that may block our scanner. If this happens, we'll notify you with a crawl warning. The report will still generate with available data, but may be less comprehensive.
How is Performance score calculated?
Performance scores blend AI analysis (40%) with real Google PageSpeed Insights data (60%), including Core Web Vitals like LCP, FID, CLS, and TTFB. This gives you both real-world performance metrics and contextual analysis.
What is Website Monitoring?
Website Monitoring is an opt-in feature that periodically runs lightweight PageSpeed checks on your websites. It tracks score changes, Core Web Vitals, availability, and response time over time.
How is my data handled?
We take data privacy seriously. We only collect the minimum data needed to provide the service. Website analysis data is used solely for report generation. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can request account deletion through our Contact page. We will remove your account and all associated data, including reports and website records, within 30 days of your request.
Is my Google Analytics data stored?
We temporarily access your GA4 data via a secure OAuth2 connection to generate the report. We do not store raw GA data after the report is generated. The connection can be revoked at any time from your Google account settings.
